Many BICsters find internships while in the program, both during the semester and over the summer. Some win coveted spots through the 4A's MAIP program, The LAGRANT Foundation, and the AD Club of New York. Others begin the hunt for competitive summer internships in January, winning spots at places like TBWA\Chiat\Day NY and TribalDDB.
