Do good KNOW-HOW
The SoGo Center builds off of the capabilities, faculty, and principles of the Master’s degree program in Branding + Integrated Communications (BIC) at The City College of New York.
BIC Faculty have decades of professional as well as academic experience in creating public service campaigns for clients such as National Institutes of Health, Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center, Malaria Relief Efforts for UNICEF Indonesia, Flood Victim Relief for the Red Cross of Miami and the Keys, Anti-Racism for the NAACP, Pedestrian Safety for the NYC Department of Transportation, U.N. Peacekeeping, American Heart Association, WE ACT for Environmental Justice, and Foster Children Adoption for AdoptUSKids.
BIC SoGo also relies on an impressive network of industry professionals, including a robust Board of Advisors who represent leadership from agencies such as GroupM, Ketchum, Publicis, TBWA\Chiat\Day, VMLY&R, and Golin.
And, of course, BIC SoGo is fueled by current BIC students and graduates of the program. In addition to working towards their MPS degree, BIC students bring a depth of skills and diverse backgrounds to the collaborative SoGo process. BICsters have undergraduate degrees in architecture, social work, information systems, graphic design, etc. from universities such as Yale, Dartmouth, RISD, and Science Po. Alums are working at organizations such as Apple, Google, Droga5, Berlin Rosen, NAACP, New York Times TBrand Studio, BBDO, and 360i.
