Media Impact Compact

With the launch of BIC’s media track in 2022, six of the major media communications agencies / holding companies (Dentsu, Havas Media, IPG Media, Omnicom, Publicis Media, and GroupM) aligned with the non-profit organization We All Rise Together (www.weallrisetogether.us) to make a bold statement about the industry’s commitment to diversity, equity and inclusion as well as to make a sustainable contribution to industry-wide leadership, culture, and practices. This innovative initiative called the Media Impact Compact was anchored in a $300,000 scholarship fund that was used to underwrite BIC’s inaugural media cohort from the Class of 2024. It has also been the source of smaller scholarships for media students in subsequent BIC classes.
