    BIC Faculty, Cross-Cultural Marketing / Advertising Executive & Inclusive Culture Builder

    Amy is a talented strategist, client partner and cross-cultural communications specialist with 20+ years experience helping Fortune 500 clients communicate effectively with diverse consumers. She has led integrated Hispanic, African American and LGBT marketing initiatives (digital, mobile, print, content marketing, PR and experiential) for clients including Pfizer, Citibank, Amtrak and HBO.  Amy also has a wide range of experience deploying her marketing expertise to benefit non-profit organizations, including Partnership for a Drug-free America, Adopt-US-Kids (via the Ad Council), and the American Heart Association.

     Amy was a founding member and co-chair of the Multicultural Alliance of She Runs It (formerly Advertising Women of New York) and an enthusiastic participant in the organization’s mentoring program. She holds an M.A. from the University of Pennsylvania and a Ph.D. from Stanford University, and is fluent in three languages: English, Spanish and Italian.
