Edward uses his experience in communications, marketing, social media and online community management to help brands innovate, delight customers and positively impact the world. He’s comfortable with ambiguity and builds teams that deliver unique experiences for customers, partners and employees to drive business outcomes.
Edward is the Senior Director, Client Engagement at Medidata, a health tech company. In this role, he informs, inspires and influences both the sales team and customers through storytelling. He joined Medidata in 2017 to launch the company’s internal communication function.
Edward enjoys the hunt for novel approaches to propel organizations to new heights. He’s held positions at companies including Verizon, Thomson Reuters, McGraw-Hill and Golin, a global PR agency. Whether it’s crafting a strategy, getting in front of the camera, or speaking at a conference, Edward loves the energy of creation and connection. He graduated from Boston College where he completed a BA in communications and history. Outside of work, Edward spends his time with his wife and twin daughters, cooking, reading and playing sports. He is also an avid runner.
