Natalie Alcide

Natalie Alcide is a native Brooklynite, art director, and rule-breaker on a mission to tell stories that often go untold. Her Haitian roots and background in design inform her passion for crafting narratives that authentically represent culture. She’s worked on stories that lie at the intersection of relevance and impact for brands like P&G, Modelo, Pringles, Applebee's, and Samsung from campaign concept to creative execution.
Natalie is currently a Senior Art Director at TBWA\Chiat\Day following roles at Grey New York and DeVries Global. In 2021, she was recognized as an ADCOLOR Future for her commitment to advancing DE&I initiatives through storytelling. Her work has been featured in Adweek, AIGA, and We Are Next. In addition to her role in communications, Natalie also serves as a community advocate, working to support grassroots initiatives focused on providing resources to underserved communities.
As a BIC alumnus and graduate of the Communication Design program at the New York City College of Technology, Natalie's roots in the industry were established by the CUNY system.
