Bravo Joseph, Melissa, and Kenneth for showing how when BICsters rise, they rise high! Keep on crushing it!

From new roles to promotions to the power of networking, Joseph, Melissa, and Kenneth are killing it out in the industry and showcasing the power of a BIC degree.

In his new role as Manager of Content and Design, he will be overseeing the art direction and design of all in-house creative for the U.S. Merchant Marketing organization, as well as managing the internal content library used for their integrated communications. His work will typically be focused on our B2B campaigns, such as our partner initiatives, merchant services communications and our ongoing Shop Small campaigns.

Kenneth Medina BIC ‘20 was recently hired as a Junior Art Director role at DiMassimo Goldstein where he hopes to inspire action and create positive behavior change through his work for clients such as BetterHelp and PenFed Credit Union. This opportunity was made possible by Keni Thacker, diversity consultant and founder of 100 Roses from Concrete, a network for people of color in advertising, marketing media, and public relations. Prior to DiGo, Kenneth was at McCann Health NY as an Ignite Program intern working on healthcare campaigns. Before entering the BIC Program in 2018, Kenneth earned his BA in Art with a Digital Design Concentration at City College.
