A Golfer, a Researcher, and two Art Directors Walk Into a Room
From golfing to research to art direction, our BICsters always keep it interesting with their new roles. Congratulations to William, Mohamed, Carmen and Taylor for landing new jobs and continuing to rise!
After two and a half years at Purpose as a copy intern to full time copywriter, William Howard is now merging his love of golf with his full time career by joining the internal creative team of Topgolf International as their new copywriter. Topgolf Entertainment Group is a technology-enabled, global sports and entertainment community connecting people in meaningful ways through the experiences we create, the innovation we champion and the good that we do.
Mohamed Amribet is now an Associate Community Research Manager at Ipsos, one of the largest market research companies operating in 89 markets with more than 17,000 professionals. Mohamed will be moderating focus groups for HP, Microsoft and Exxonmobile accounts. Prior to joining Ipsos, Mohamed was a Project Manager at PIXACORE.
They say when one door closes another one opens… As Taylor Becker leaves TBWA, Carmen Quang is joining this storied agency. Carmen is now an Associate Art Director at TBWA\Chiat\Day Health Collective. Prior to this, Carmen was an Art Director at d exposito & Partners where she worked her way up from Creative Design Intern. Before joining BIC, Carmen, was part of MCA’s Advertising and Public Relations program at CCNY in 2018.
Taylor Becker BIC ‘20 is now heading to BCW Global, which is part of WPP, where she'll be an Art Director working on Irish Spring, Royal Caribbean, Bank of America, and Gallo Winery. BCW is a global communications agency devoted to moving people with power and precision to move their clients forward. Taylor leaves TBWA where she was Art Director working on the Nissan account.
