BICsters keep on bringing the heat with 8 new exciting jobs over the summer! 

Mary Ma (BIC ‘21) started a new position as Associate Art Director at Omnicom Health Group this July. Mary’s art direction expertise spans across the healthcare industry agencies: Prior to this, Mary was an Associate Art Director at TBWA\WORLDHEALTH and a Junior Graphic Designer at Datalot. 

Melissa Julien (BIC ‘17) joined Accenture Song as Growth Operations Manager in July 2022. During her time at BIC, Melissa was a 4 A’s MAIP Fellow and a LAGRANT Foundation Scholarship Recipient in 2016. She was Account Executive at Arnold Worldwide before taking a position at Bionic (now Accenture Song). 

While preparing for her second year at BIC, Sabrina Khan (BIC ‘23) also began working as new Art Director at Weber Shandwick. Sabrina is a 2022 Young Ones Student Award Silver Pencil Winner, a two time LAGRANT Foundation Scholarship Recipient and 2020 4 A’s MAIP Fellow. 

Letier Santana (BIC ‘19) started a new position as the Marketing Manager for Creative Partnerships - Reality (Bravo, E!, USA) at NBCUniversal. She will be working on the hit Real Housewives franchise, Summer House, Temptation Island, and more. Like many BICster students and alums, Letier found this job opportunity on our internal Facebook group! Prior to this, Letier oversaw the marketing efforts of the Hard Rock Hotel and Hilton. 

In August 2022, Carmela Vecchione (BIC ‘20) joined Box1824, a well-consolidated consultancy for brand strategy in São Paulo, Brazil. Within the company, Carmela is a Futures Unit Trend Analyst. Carmela is also writing for LS:N, which is a global trend forecasting portal based in the United Kingdom. 

Xia John (BIC ‘19) is now an Associate Video Partnerships at Initiative, a full-service global media agency. Xia works as a Media Buyer on their T-Mobile account. She previously was creative Content Marketing Associate at Layer 7 Data Solutions.  Like Letier, Xia also found this job through BIC! 

Alanna Vasquez (BIC ‘20) is now Sales Associate at RED Global, one of the world’s leading tech global recruitment companies. Established over 21 years ago, RED Global focuses specifically on SAP, Data & Analytics, Salesforce, Cloud, Architecture & Development, AI & Machine Learning, and Cybersecurity. 

After completing her MAIP Summer Fellowship at Droga5, Alumni Lisandra de la Paz (BIC ‘22) was offered a full-time position as a Junior Strategist. Prior to this summer, Lisandra has been an Associate for Video Investment at Spark Foundry and a Digital Content Producer at Univision Communications.
