Congratulations to the FOUR BICsters from the Class of 2025 who won the prestigious The LAGRANT Foundation (TLF) scholarship: Dana Dang, Britney Huston, Zaakirah Medan, and Nichi Rich. This is the second win for Dana and Britney who also won the scholarship in 2023.

Dana Dang is a graphic designer from Texas and currently a Junior Designer at Catch New York. Britney Huston is a native New Yorker who received her degree in Digital Media Production from SUNY/New Paltz. Zaakirah Medan is a CCNY Ad PR alum specializing in social media management and brand consulting. Nichi Rich is Public Relations Account Executive at Macy Media and Founder & Creative Director of Amor Four Collective. 

The LAGRANT Foundation has provided 703 scholarships and $2.9 million since its inception in 1998. Founded by Kim L. Hunter, its mission to increase the number of ethnic minorities in the fields of advertising, marketing and public relations is generously supported by its major donors and supporters. TLF provides students with career & professional development workshops, scholarships, internships, entry-level positions and mentors to African American/Black, Alaska Native/Native American, Asian American/Pacific Islander and Hispanic/Latino undergraduate and graduate students. 

BICsters have been recipients of a TLF scholarship every year since our launch in 2013 and has fielded more scholarship winners than any other school in the country.
