As Director of the City College of New York Ad/PR program for more than twenty years, Lynn Appelbaum has a unique perspective on the next generation of public relations professionals transforming the industry. She has also been a familiar face in PRSA, PRSA-NY and the PRSA Foundation. 

Her groundbreaking research on diversity hasn’t just earned her accolades, but truly moved the needle. A recent article in PRWeek spoke about another once avoided topic: professional burnout.
